舒缓健身日常:用轻柔动作告别紧绷,拥抱平静身心

Tip: Gently Rotate Your Shoulders and Neck

This exercise is suitable for people who have shoulder pain, tightness in the upper back, or tend to be tense. No equipment is needed, and it can be done at home.

Exercise Steps

  • Stand naturally or sit on the front third of a chair, with both feet firmly on the ground.
  • Extend your spine upward, then lift your shoulders up first, followed by a large circle backward and downward.
  • Slow down the pace, as if writing in water, gently and smoothly. After completing five times, switch directions.

Breathing Coordination and Gentle Adjustment

Inhale when lifting your shoulders upward, and exhale slowly when lowering them backward and downward. Let your breathing guide the movement, without holding your breath or forcing it. This exercise helps to loosen the shoulders and neck, promote blood circulation, and release tension through exhalation.

Consistently practicing gentle care every day, combining movement and stillness, you will gradually regain your body's lightness and inner peace.

Summary

Relaxing fitness is not a laborious task, but a gentle self-care. Spend a few minutes each day with gentle movements to say goodbye to tension and embrace a calm mind and body.
