Movement Steps
- Starting Posture (1 minute): Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent. Slowly lift both hands to the chest as if holding a ball. Inhale while lifting the hands, exhale while pressing down.
- Wild Horse Parting Mane (2 minutes): Shift your weight to the right foot, and the right hand moves to the right like parting the mane, while the left foot is lightly touched. The left hand naturally sinks down. Alternate sides, coordinating with breathing.
- Cloud Hands (2 minutes): Move both hands left and right in front of the chest like clouds, and the body turns accordingly. Keep your eyes following the movement of the hands, maintaining steady breathing.
- Brush Knee and Push Palm (2 minutes): One hand moves down past the knee, and the other hand pushes forward. Alternate sides, performing the movements slowly and continuously.
- Ending Posture (3 minutes): Press both hands downward, guiding the energy back to the dantian. Stand still for a moment, feeling the relaxation of the body.
Breathing and Relaxation
Each movement is completed with breathing: inhale to gather strength, exhale to release or relax. Don't pursue perfect posture, just feel the flow of the body.
